Health Benefits of Guava as Home Remedy

Guavas  are  luscious fruits which belong to Myrtle family.  They come in round and oval shapes and a ripe guava looks light green to yellow  on the outside.  The colour inside the fruit can range from white to off-white to red.  The fruit contains a number of edible seeds inside it.
